We take the safety of our oysters seriously. SouthFresh provides true Gulf oysters (Crassostrea virginica), whole and half-shell, processed by utilizing FDA approved technology that eliminates or reduces vibrio and other pathogens to non-detectable levels. We have preserved the fresh flavor and texture, so that these oysters can be served cooked or raw with complete confidence.
