Tuna

Our Crescent City AA Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus Albacares) can be grilled, pan-fried, broiled or baked. It is wild caught using longline and pole line methods. Our tuna is treated with tasteless smoke (CO) to retain it’s rich red color and is vacuum packed. Every lot is lab tested prior to shipping, including microbiological analysis and chemical analysis.
